Hallstrom to direct remake of 'Anthony Zimmer'

Lasse Hallstrom has signed on to direct a remake of the French movie 'Anthony Zimmer.'Variety reports the thriller has been scripted by Julian Fellowes.The plot follows an American tourist who finds his life on the line when an agent from Interpol uses him as bait to beat out a criminal. The agent is a woman and once had an affair with the criminal.These plot details are quite different from the French original, which you can read more about on IMDB.The film is due to start production early next year.
