Trio join 'Hurt Locker'

The film is inspired by real events and uses recently declassified information as it follows the lives of an Army Explosive Ordinance Disposal team in Baghdad as they contend with bombs and other dangers.Renner has been cast as the team leader with Mackie and Geraghty as fellow members. Ralph Fiennes and Guy Pearce will also have cameos, as a mercenary and another member of team respectively.Shooting is due to start next week in Jordan and Kuwait.
