Da Vinci Code once again in court

TAORMINA, Sicily – I smell a sequel coming on. Are the Hollywood marketing moguls gearing up for Da Vinci Code #2?

More than a year after its premiere, The Da Vinci Code is being investigated by Italian state attorneys on the grounds that it is "obscene" from a religious perspective. A complaint claiming the movie violates Article 528 of Italy’s Penal Code, was filed by a group of clergy from the small Italian seaside village of Civitavecchia. State prosecutors indicated they would open a criminal investigation into the film.The complaint was filed against ten people including director Ron Howard and book author Dan Brown.It is unclear what the complaintents are seeking.
