Universal Studios and its business affairs department are launching a legal showdown with Hollywood's "most hated blogger," Perez Hilton, over posted photos from their film "The Break-Up" showing a topless Aniston.

The photos were taken when Aniston was filming "The Break-Up."
Universal City Studios Productions claimed the images on the Perez Hilton site were stolen and illegally copied.
TMZ reports that this case seeks a injunction to ban further publication and the return of the pictures, which were taken during the making of a film.
Attorneys for Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, who runs the blog, said he had "done nothing wrong".
The pictures allegedly were "misappropriated and illegally copied" during production or post-production of Aniston's 2006 romantic comedy "The Break-Up," according to Universal.
The BBC reports that Universal is also demanding that a jury trial and monetary damages to be determined by the court.
Hilton's lawyers countered: "It is unfortunate that Universal has chosen to bring this lawsuit as our client has done nothing wrong. The use of a portion of a single photograph that was previously published on numerous websites, for the purpose of commentary and satire, constitutes fair use."
Allegedly Hilton claims he "immediately removed" the photo as soon as he learned that it was stolen.

Good. It's not the first time this blogger has been to court. Paris Hilton is his fag hag and the guy has zero class.
He constantly is putting crap on his site about celebrity, but fails to post anything negative about Paris.
I hope the guy loses his shirt.
