The missing link to the Indiana Jones franchise, Sean Connery, has confirmed he is considering returning to play Indy's dad again in the upcoming sequel.
Sean Connery has told Scotland on Sunday that he is considering returning as Dr. Henry Jones in the eagerly anticipated Indiana Jones 4. He previously played Indiana Jones' father in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade back in 1989.
Now that David Koepp's script has been met with approval by the three poobahs of the Indy franchise, Spielberg, Ford and Lucas, Indy is due to shoot beginning this June, and after being lobbied hard by Lucas, Connery admits he is seriously considering it.
When Scotland on Sunday asked him point blank, if he would give it a go, Connery said,: "Perhaps."
Cagey Connery added: "At the moment there's nothing decided. I haven't got the script. Everything depends on the script." Scribe virtuoso David Koepp wrote it-and it passed muster with three of the pickiest people in Hollywood.
