Mexican director sues Gibson over 'Apocalypto'

Director Mel Gibson is being sued for allegedly stealing scenes for his new film, Apocalypto, reports Digital Spy.
A Mexican director, Juan Catlett, is suing Mel Gibson. Catlett claims allegedly that Gibson "stole" some of his work for his new film Apocalypto, by using scenes from Catlett's film "Return To Aztlan."
Digital Spy reports Catlett alleges that Gibson's manager asked him for a copy of the 1989 movie during production of Apocalypto.
Legal proceedings have commenced against Gibson according to Digital Spy.
