Sienna Miller was actually cast twice as Edie Sedgwick. She was initially dropped by the producers of Factory Girl, because her acting was so bad and they felt they needed a 'bigger name'. Miller was eventually re-cast, after she received a lot of publicity due to her public break-up from fiancée Jude Law.

The real Edie Sedgwick was an alcoholic slut and drug addict. So they hired the Alcoholic Slut & Drug Addict Sienna Miller to portray the Alcoholic Slut & Drug Addict Edie Sedgwick, because NO ACTING WAS REQUIRED. I will admit however that there is a HUGE difference between them. Edie Sedgwick was naturally talented and Sienna Miller is talentless.

Sienna Miller is a slut. Sienna Miller told Rolling Stone Magazine: “Monogamy is a weird thing to me. It’s overrated because, let’s face it, we’re all f animals.” The whore Sienna Miller brags in magazines that she has had sex with every man she's appeared in movies with, plus even a few of Jude Law's closest friends. The alcoholic Sienna Miller recently confessed that she has a serious drinking problem and she consumed over a bottle of wine prior to each of her recent interviews in several magazines. Following Sienna Miller's several bizarre Diva Temper Tantrums in Pittsburgh, both on and off the set of the movie 'The Mysteries of Pittsburgh', reporters in Pittsburgh investigated Sienna Miller. They observed her at her Hotel's Lobby & Bar and secretly followed her around the city documenting her hard drinking, illegal drug use and partying till 3 am then doping up to be back at the film set at 6 am. numerous news leaks in Louisiana, by the film crew on “Factory Girl” have been printed about Director George Hickenlooper doing lines of cocaine with Sienna Miller between filming scenes.

sienna assumes a slightly slurred portuguese(?) accent throughout the entire film, edie had a simple, concise, boyish way of speaking with a lack of pretension sienna doesn't get.

after watching Ciao! Manhattan i think she did an amazing job. they sounded so simliar. why is every one hating on her. i think her peerformace was amazing

there's like no comments and the dates are so varied, it's kind of funny. but sienna didn't do bad as far as sounding like edie. she did sound some what similar but not exact. but she definitely could not touch the beauty that is edie. not even close.
