Larry, Moe & Curly to the big screen

Trade journal Variety is reporting that First Look Studios has picked up film rights to the zany “Three Stooges” (Larry, Moe & Curly). The material has been kicked from studio to studio, most recently at Warner Bros. Pictures where the Farrelly brothers wrote script and were going to direct. However, the studio let the option expire. First Look will work with C3 Entertainment to bring the Three Stooges slaptick comedy to the big screen. No word yet on casting or production start dates.
