Keira Knightley takes mom’s Best Time

Four years ago when playwright Sharman Macdonald started writing a screenplay for ‘The Best Time of Our Lives,' her daughter Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean) said that pics for me!
Pic is based on the true story of the complex relationship between Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, his wife, Caitlin, his childhood friend Vera Phillips (Knightley) and her eventual husband, William Killick.
John Maybury who worked with Knightly in ‘The Jacket’ finally gave Knightley the nod to star.
Production starts April 2007.
