Sarah Michelle Geller gets Addicted

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, aka Sarah Michelle Geller has been tapped to star in ‘Addicted’, Vertigo Entertainment’s retool of the Korean thriller ‘Jungdok’ (2002). Veteran horror helmer Michael Petroni will direct. Screen play is being written by Peroni and Won-mi Byun who was responsible for the original. Gellar will play a lady whose husband and brother-in-law both end up in a coma. When her brother-in-law finally wakes up he is convinced that he is her husband. Producers are looking at a 2008 release.
