Winona Ryder to learn about sex and death in 101

Simon Baker and Winona Ryder may learn something in Daniel Waters ‘Sex and Death 101.’
The dark comedy centers on a man whose life is upended by an email containing the names of every woman he's had sex with -- and every woman he ever will have sex with.
Pic is being produced by Avenue Pictures and Sandbar Pictures with Avenue executive VP Aaron Craig Geller executive producing.
Production started shooting two weeks ago.
Ryder along with Keanu Reeves and Robert Downey Jr will next be seen in Richard Linklater’s “A Scanner Darkly," which opens wide in the US July 7th and the UK August 18th .
Ryder was absent from the “Scanner” launch at the recent Cannes Film Festival because she hasn't yet recovered from her shoplifting conviction four years ago, according to her co-star Keanu Reeves.
Reeves and Robert Downey Jr were left to promote 'A Scanner Darkly' at the festival without Ryder, who has avoided the limelight since she was found guilty of stealing from a Beverly Hills, Ca. department store in 2002.
