Del Toro and Berry create Fire

Cat Woman, aka Halle Berry and 'Che' Guevara ,Benicio Del Toro’s alter ego in his latest flick ‘Guerrilla’ ( a Christmas 2006 release) will team up for ‘Things We Lost in the Fire’.
The story of a woman whose husband dies suddenly, the woman (Berry) invites her husband’s friend to live with her family. The friend (Del Torro) who is troubled himself, begins to get his act together and in so doing, helps Berry’s family deal with its grief.
Alan Loeb wrote screenplay which will be directed by Danish director Susanne Bier (‘Brother’)
Dreamworks has Sam Mendes producing along with Sam Mercer.
Berry will next be seen as “Storm” in ‘X-Men – The Last Stand’ which opens May 26th.
