Clooney documents genocide

George Clooney and his dad, former TV new caster Nick Clooney along with camerman Mike Herron returned from Darfur in the Sudan after filming a short documentary on the genocide taking place in that region.
Portions of the doco were played on the Oprah Show yesterday (4/26) and Oprah “had a hard time sleeping” since she saw conditions at Darfur.
A political rebellion has cost the lives of over 180,000 and created 2 million refugees.
Wire reports have Clooney saying that it has been a good year for him and it is time he “give back to things that he believes in.”
Their trip was timed to support the "Rally to Stop Genocide” which will take place Sunday, April 30th in Washington D.C.
