Zellweger quits Eye takes Case

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Renee Zellweger has had enough of Universal’s ‘The Eye’ and has signed on to take the lead in Paramount’s ‘Case 39’.
Written by Ray Wright (‘Pulse’), the thriller is ser for a July 31st production start in Vancouver, Canada.
Zellweger will play a social worker whose investigates the case of an abused 10-year-old girl. Her findings at first lead her to suspect the girl’s parents, but later she discovers that things are not as they appear to be.
