Leo's environmental plea

"The 11th Hour" is the last moment when change is possible. Leonardo DiCaprio isn't just a sought after actor, he's an environmental expert… or at least he thinks so. The oft Scorsese muse is using his stardom to write, produce, and narrate a documentary about the planet's pollution problem. He's not exactly Morgan Freeman and these aren't cute little penguins.
According to The Hollywood reporter, the full-length feature will be called '11th Hour'. Leo says his goal is to offer solutions for the planet's eco-problem while raising awareness about the danger we all face from much loved topics like global warming.
Co-directed and co-written by Leila Conners Peterson and Nadia Conners, they're planning on a fall 2006 release date for Leo's message movie.
