This is first time I've seen anyone dub the Farscape mini-series as low quality. Did you actually see it?
The production values, story and payoff for fans were all top notch and it was critically acclaimed when it aired.
Yes I did see it. I'm a HUGE fan of Farscape too. But the movie was a little dissapointing. It wasn't terrible, but the story wasn't up to the usual quality of the show.
Serenity was a little bit better than Firefly. I'd have high hopes for this if worked out.
Wait for the DVD...
I bet it will make up more than the cost, way more.
I bet that's why Joss Whedon hasn't commited, he knows that the DVD sales are going to be killer. I bet they greenlight the next 2 movies (it was supposed to be a trilogy) and go straight to DVD.
