Jesus turns to terrorism

Jim Caviezel is about to return to time travel. No, he won’t do it with his Jesus powers. Instead, he’s set to star in Tony Scott’s much talked about time travel flick ‘Deja Vu’, according to movie rumor site Aint It Cool News.

In the Scott directed film, an FBI agent (Denzel Washington) must travel back in time to save a woman from murder. In the course of rescuing her, he falls in love with her. Caviezel plays a terrorist being hunted by the FBI, and is presumably involved in the woman’s death.

This is Caviezel’s second cinematic time travel experiment. His first was a breakout role for him, in the movie ‘Frequency’. Since being struck by lightning as the son of God in Mel Gibson’s ‘The Passion of the Christ’, Jim has been taking fairly low profile roles in movies like 2004’s ‘Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius’.
