Stiller's Night at the Museum

Ben Stiller will guard our history by spending ‘A Night at the Museum’ for 20th Century Fox.
Variety says Stiller has signed up to star as a late night security guard at the Museum of Natural History. Things get weird when an ancient curse is let loose, causing the animals and insects on display to come to life and wreak havoc.
‘A Night at the Museum’ is being directed by Shawn Levy from a script based on a book by Milan Trenc. Levy’s last project was the long delayed, soon to be released remake of ‘The Pink Panther’ starring Steve Martin as the famous, bumbling Inspector.
Stiller has just finished work on ‘The Mirror’ and is currently filming ‘Danny Roane: First Time Director’. Look for him in the family comedy ‘A Night at the Museum’ some time in the 2006 holiday season.
