Sarah Michelle and Ken Watanabe breathe Air

In one of the week’s weirdest casting combinations, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ken Watanabe, and Diego Luna are all in negotiations to breath the same air in an upcoming crime pic.

The film is called ‘The Air I Breathe’ and Variety describes it as a crime drama about an ancient Chinese proverb that breaks life down into four emotional areas: happiness, pleasure, sorrow, and love. Exactly how that constitutes a crime remains to be seen.

‘The Air I Breathe’ will be directed by Jieho Lee, and produced by Nala Films and Paula Schiff Productions. To further mix things up, this movie about a Chinese proverb will be shot in Mexico City. I wonder if they’ll have the cast speak French? All German catering perhaps?
