Steve Carell is the whitest man in America

After the success of ‘The 40 Year-Old Virgin’, Steve Carell can basically write his own ticket. He’s wasting no time either, he’s already starring in the increasingly popular NBC television comedy ‘The Office’ and he’s got a blistering list of six films already in varying stages of production.
But Steve isn’t tired yet, and so Variety reports that he’s signed up for two more movies, this time with the company that backed his breakout ‘Virgin’ hit, Universal.
Steve’s deal with Universal allows him to write his own comedic starring vehicle, anything of his choosing. At the same time, Universal has bought a pitch from Mark and Brian Gunn called ‘Juvenile’ to develop as another Carell starring project.
In ‘Juvenile’ Steve will play what Mark Gunn describes as “the most Caucasian man in America”. In other words, he’ll be playing himself. Carell’s uber-Caucasion character ends up being sent to a juvenile prison for a crime he committed as a minor.
