Keira spills on Pirates 2

'Domino' opens this weekend, and so the movie's star Keira Knightley is out doing promotion. Earlier this week she appeared on "The Tonight Show" and revealed that she used a butt double while filming the bounty hunter flick, now she's talking to MTV about her next movie, a sequel to 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.
The big news from Knightley is that they're adding a new, as-of-yet unheard of character to the cast for 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest'. She says, "I had my first day back [recently], because we had a little bit of a break over the summer. My first day back was being dragged across the deck by an invisible giant squid, invisible because it's being put in by CGI afterwards." Ok, it's a squid, maybe not a character exactly, but it sounds like what could be a key scene in the film.
There will actually be two sequels to 'Pirates' and they're currently being filmed back to back. They're in mid-filming on the second film, while the third film is still in the middle of the scripting process. Film two, 'Dead Man's Chest' is currently scheduled to hit theaters July 7, 2006 while the third, as of yet untitled movie arrives summer 2007.
