Perez joins a post-apocalyptic future

Vincent Perez will fight future lawmen in the upcoming John Eyres directed post-apocalyptic thriller ‘The Last Warrior’.
Production Weekly says that Perez has signed on to play Alexander, a genetically engineered warrior in the year 2060. Facing extermination at the hands of an all-powerful corporation named Genitek, Alexander is tasked with hunting down and exterminating the love-interest of a rookie cop named Jonathan Summers. Summers must fight to save his girlfriend Gabrielle from Alexander and Genitek.
Eyres’ last film ‘Ripper’, like many of his movies never received a theatrical release in the United States. Vincent Perez’s last appearance in a U.S. release was as Marius in 2002’s ‘Queen of the Damned’.
‘The Last Warrior’ starts shooting this coming January in Prague, Czech Republic.
