Eric Bana goes to Romulus

Former Trojan man Eric Bana continues to move away from failed action movies and back into the realm of something a little more serious. Production Weekly reports that he’s signed up to star in an adaptation of the award-winning Richard Gaitas book ‘Romulus, My Father’.
‘Romulus’ is the story of a young boy and his father struggling to build a relationship with one another after the death his mother, while starting a new life in a hostile country. Australian thespian Richard Roxburgh will direct the film when principle photography kicks off in Australia, February 2006.
