Claire Danes may join Gere in The Flock

Claire Danes is in negotiations to star alongside Richard Gere in thriller The Flock.

The film will center on a federal agent (Gere) who has to track down a missing girl who he believes is connected to a paroled sex offender he is investigating.

The Hollywood Reporter says Danes would play a replacement agent Gere has to train and would accompany him on the search.
