Adesh recording with Norah and Shakira

Mumbai, Oct 2 (IANS) The Nayaab Naghmon Ka Badshah, as he is called on the music contest 'Voice Of India', is determined to go international in a big way. Having teamed up with rapper Wyclef Jean for an album, Aadesh Srivastav is now providing symphonic embellishments to a track featuring Norah Jones.
'Norah recorded the song for Wyclef. Now I'll be adding symphony music to her tracks. Not just Norah, I'll also be contributing to a track by Shakira that Wyclef will record shortly. If only I get Lataji's consent to be part of the album, my dreams will all come true,' Adesh said.
Later this year, Wyclef will come to India to film three music videos with Aadesh. 'And I've also convinced him to bring Norah Jones to India for the music videos,' Aadesh added.
Aadesh has also been signed to do the score for a Hollywood movie to be produced by the makers of 300. 'This would be in addition to the score for Uru Patel's 'Hanuman'.'
'God has been very kind to me, though I must admit that my own industry has been rather unkind. Apart from people like Amitji - I call myself his Hanuman - and Ravi Chopra, filmmakers in Bollywood have favoured composers who have made a career of copying others. I'm proud to have stuck to my original songs. That's what got me the album with Wyclef Jean and the two Hollywood projects,' Adesh said.
