Mumbai, June 23 (IANS) Despite mixed reviews, Abhishek Bachchan is nevertheless gung-ho about his recently released film 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom'.
'Even while we were shooting 'Jhoom', we knew the humour in the movie, so unprecedented, would take time to find its groove among the audiences,' Abhishek told IANS.
'(Director) Shaad (Ali) and we all knew a lot of the audience wouldn't get the point. But we were sure 'Jhoom' would find its level. If you remember, 'Bunty Aur Babli' too unsettled the audience initially.'
The suave actor, who dazzled the audience with his dancing skills at the International Indian Film Acamedy (IIFA) awards event this month, said: 'The fun part of it was that I had a whole congregation of dhol players joining me. I must confess I've never had so much fun dancing on stage before.'
