The panel of jury members, who will review films and give their votes, includes actors Rati Agnihotri and Jackie Shroff, filmmakers Shyam Benegal, Sajid Nadiadwala and Smita Thackeray, musician Sandeep Chowta and noted film critic Subhash K Jha.

Most Bollywood personalities are looking forward to visiting the lush locales of Malaysia for the awards function.

'GIFA represents the soul of Asian cinema and Malaysia represents the soul of Asian beauty. I am looking forward to be in Kuala Lumpur. I know only few will get the awards, but I am sure everyone is going have fun,' said Sandeep Chowta.

There will also be a celebrity football match, fashion show, charity dinner and auction during the event.

'It feels great! I've always been very fond of Sunil Shetty and when he asked me, I readily agreed,' Subhash K. Jha told IANS.

'Kuala Lumpur sounds fabulous. It is becoming quite a hub for Bollywood events. More sign of our growth, reach and popularity,' he added.
