In the movie 'Next', Nicolas Cage plays the magician-performer character 'Cris Johnson', but it has been strongly suggested that the psychical portion of the character was inspired-modeled by real life cousin to The Coppola Family, A. Edward Moch. Who in real life was discovered as a young boy... tested as a young teenager, and later scientifically tested as a 'Pioneer Domestic Remote Viewer' in The Project Stargate, Remote Viewing Program. Similarities are very close to the 'Cris Johnson' character Cage portrays.
It is alledged years ago, that Nicolas Cage's Cousins, Screenwriters, Jason and Jon Coppola confirm that 'Cousin Ed' had discussed the idea of a movie based on his real life exploits... wihing to be portrayed by 'Cousin Nic' himself.
Based on "The Golden Man," a story by sci-fi writer Philip K. Dick, who also wrote Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, The Minority Report and Blade Runner.
