We have just put on line, two 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest' (POTC) "featurettes" provided to M&C by Disney and Industrial Light and Magic.

These short videos show the character “Davy Jones" (some call him Squid Face) being created using advanced Motion Capture Technology (iMoCap) created by the effects wizards at Industrial Light & Magic.

One of the featurettes, 'You Have a Dept to Pay' shows actual side-by-side comparison of Davy Jones actor and on-screen representation.  The images are truly amazing.
