The Stone Angel -
Hagar Shipley is still a feisty woman in her 80s, but her ailing health has forced her son Marvin and daughter-in-law Doris to think about moving her to the Silver Elms Nursing Home. A Sunday drive turns into an “impromptu visit” with the hope that Hagar will get used to the idea. Of course, with her acid wit she makes sure everyone knows she is not interested in leaving her home and the care of Marvin and Doris.
