Marley & Me -

Marley is a yellow Labrador that Grogan, a journalist, adopts with his wife in order to give them an idea of how they might be as parents. However, the dog is hyperactive and causes chaos wreaking havoc both at home and at the obedience school. Matter get worse when they finally have some kids but the dog becomes an important part of their family unit.

One of those books that stays with you forever, by pure coincidence we acquired a Labrador, Polly, 6 months after having read the book and it was a case of Marley here we come! Polly has become, as with Marley and his family, an integral and unique part of our lives, what a character!

cant wait for the film to come out... its been one of the best books i have read for a long time and i also understand ..... as we have 2 marleys ,,,,, dipstick and maisy so we have double trouble xx
