Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -

The latest Indiana Jones adventure begins in the the desert Southwest in 1957 - the height of the Cold War. Indy and his sidekick Mac (Ray Winstone) have barely escaped a close scrape with nefarious Soviet agents on a remote airfield.

Now, Professor Jones has returned home to Marshall College - only to find things have gone from bad to worse. His close friend and dean of the college (Jim Broadbent) explains that Indy's recent activities have made him the object of suspicion, and that the government has put pressure on the college to fire him. On his way out of town, Indiana meets rebellious young Mutt (Shia LaBeouf), who carries both a grudge and a proposition for the adverturous archaeologist. If he'll help Mutt on a mission with deeply personal stakes, Indy could very well make one of the most spectacular archaeological finds in history - the Crystal Skull of Akator, a legendary object of fascination, superstition and fear.

But as Indy and Mutt set out for the remote corners of Peru - a land of ancient tombs, forgotten explorers and a rumoured city of gold - they quickly realise they are not alone in their search. The Soviet agents are also hot on the trail of the Crystal Skull. Chief among them is icy cold, devastatingly beautiful Irina Spalko (Cate Blanchett), whose elite military unit is scouring the globe for the eerie Crystal Skull, which they believe can help the Soviets dominate the world ... if they can unlock its secrets.

Indy and Mutt must find a way to evade the ruthless Soviets, follow an impenetrable trail of mystery, grapple with enemies and friends of questionable motives, and, above all, stop the powerful Crystal Skull from falling into the deadliest hands.

i cant wait for indiana jones 4 to come out im a big fan of 1 and 3 i didnt pearticulary like 2 it was kind of slow compaired to the others , i hope that the lady from the first one and indy get back together and not the girl fom the 2nd one . i also hope that is action packed . i wonder who will be the bad guy well thanxs for listning

Great films of the past, it seems that today you cant get that good old adventure movies, well Tomb Raider tried, but to me just did not get near INDY and his way of adventure. Will definitively be watching this one, will bring family with, and to know that Steven Spilberg is directing a George Lucas film, well, do I need to say anymore...

I am so happy that they are making a fourth movie! I have grown up watching them over and over and i just can't get enough of Indy, that lost ark, Shorty, Shawn Connerey as Indy's dad, and the holy grail, oh and Indy kicking some Nazi's butt's! So now there is a whole new adventure to add to the loved collecting! And, if it is like with the Star Wars, where the olds were great and the new ones got better, then Indiana Jones will go down in history for a great comeback. And plus, they have a crackfire team with George Lucas and Steven Speilberg leading the way. I can't wait to see Harrison Ford put that hat on once more and crack that whip and be Indiana Jones for a fourth time!!!!

I just wanted to say I think Karen Allen is one of the best female action icon of all time. Everything that she does like making this particular movie Indiana Jones and The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull was totally awesome as being Marion Ravenwood at her age has finally taking control of these amazing action scenes . I have to admit there were some that was definitely very funny like when Marion, Mutt ( Henry Jones Jr.III ), Oxley and Indy were running from these Russians both of them were kinda stuck inside the quick sand and Marion told Indy that Mutt is actually his son and they had started to arguing while going into the truck trying to escaped actually . Marion got her chance to ride shot gun driving the big truck in which it was cool for Karen Allen to do . Then, transferring into another car that looks like a boat even and droved again but this time she went full throttle going towards into the water rapids and then all of them dropped three times at least while Indy himself gave her the directions and said to her : don't you ever do that again . She said : yes dear. Finally as soon as they reached the last water fall, Marion was still managed to hold onto the wheel while she laughed and smiled all at the same time . Also there was running down those big giant steps going downwards and I think it took these actors to do all of their own stunt work especially Karen Allen herself can you imagine this woman who is a great shape now come on now people !
