Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince -

Fantasy Adventure. Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort's defenses and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, the well-connected and unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information.
Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn't counted on Romilda Vane's chocolates! And then there's Hermione, simmering with jealously but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

Save Your Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a major disappointment. It's not the actors fault they were given a boring uninspired screenplay. I waited in anticipation for this movie. Each film, in my opinion was better than the preceding one, up to now. I walked out feeling that I'd been made a fool of. All the hype. The trailers were more exciting than the movie. If you have to view this cinematic equivalent to indigestion, wait until it comes to cable. Tonight will be the last of my hard earned dollars spent on this series. Yes it was that bad.
Being a die hard fan of the Harry Potter franchise, I waited with great anticipation for the latest movie to be released. My husband and I at the theatre 45 minutes early to get a prime seat. As the movie begin, the theatre was very quiet as everyone anxiously awaited the excitment the movie trailers promised. We waited. And we waited. And we waited some more. By the end of the movie, the theatre was still silent. No one got out of their seats as if they thought there should have been more movie to come. I sat there, simply in awe of how someone could take a magnificient book and turn it into such a miserable waste of time. I have never been so disappointed in a movie in my life. I feel that I wasted 155 minutes of my life that could have been spent doing laundry. The screenplay was terrible, missing so many details from the book it doesn't seem like the same story. I feel the focus of the Harry Potter series has gone from creating a wonderful movie straight to 'Harry, how much money can you make me' and it shows! I am very surprised that J.K. Rowlings would even consider associating herself or her books with this movie. I certainly won't be wasting my time with any more of them.

The world is absolutely waiting for this sequel to the Harry Potter. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince would hopefully be better than the robots...
