I didn't understand the movie or the ending at all... How could Fay consider leaving her son behind? Why were the guys that ended up being blown up in the car 'the bad guys'? And why was Faye willing to set up a bomb and how did she get the material for it? At the beginning she says 'she never wants to see him again' and then suddenly she is contemplating leavng her son and everything behind for him even though just moments before she said 'I just want a normal life'. Why do they return the books to Simon if there is such important information in them? Is it so he can just THROW it away because he was only forced to write it under hostage? Please explain this movie to me! I'm so confused.

fay grim is one of those rare jewels that was released in theaters and will also be released on dvd, almost at the same time. i like the idea of going to the movies, immediately deciding i want to own a copy and buy it! i preordered on imoovie.com and find that the prices on the site are also resonable for other indies...
