Michael Jackson sued by L.A. Pharmacy

Beverly Hills Mickey Fine pharmacy has filed a lawsuit against the prince of pop for non-payment of his tab, reports TMZ.

TMZ has dug up the lawsuit that shows Jackson owes a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.

The suit was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars, Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The long standing institution is known for delivering via motorcycle, and alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled.

TMZ reports the pharmacy claims Jackson made his last payment to them in mid-2005. According to the documents, the pharmacy made “repeated requests for payment.”

The pharmacy is asking for the $101,926.66 they are owed, plus court costs and other relief.
