Megan Fox has joined the cast of the independent comedy “Friends With Kids.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Westfeldt is directing from a script she wrote.
Westfeldt is also co-starring with Jon Hamm, Adam Scott and Kristen Wiig.
Westfeldt and Hamm are producing.
Mike Nichols and Jake Kasdan are executive producing.
The film focuses on a young couple (Scott, Westfeldt) who, upon observing the physical and psychological toll that having kids has taken on their friends, decide to have a child and then date other people.
Fox will play a girl that Scott’s character dates.
She’ll be seen opposite Mickey Rourke and Bill Murray in the upcoming “Passion Play.”
