Lindsay Lohan back at court

Lindsay Lohan is due to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner tomorrow for a probation progress report relating to a theft charge.

The Mean Girls star was ordered to serve twelve days community service at the Los Angeles County morgue and attend four therapy sessions at her last court date on December 14th 2011.

Judge Sautner told Lohan that she was pleased with her progress and if she continued to do more days a month that they could perhaps end the community service in February.

TMZ reported Lohan has successfully managed to complete the community service – by the skin of her teeth. The actress had only completed ten days at the morgue before the weekend but managed to squeeze in her last two days on Friday and Saturday.

Sources told TMZ that the 25-year-old had been a model employee at the morgue.

Lohan could finish her probation by March 29th if she continues to keep up with her community service and model behaviour.

However, if Lohan messes up or falls behind she could face up to 270 days in jail.
