A win-win of epic proportions happens this weekend in Los Angeles as the biggest chocolate event in Southern California, Los Angeles Chocolate Festival and Pastry Show, sees the top chocolatiers, pastry chefs and confectioners unite to show off their mad skills and raise money for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
