Foodies in LA are in heaven with portable and affordable great eats that bring every conceivable cuisine to them, minus the constraints of typical restaurant dining.
The Grilled Cheese Tuck takes everyone's go-to comfort food and morphs it into an array of melted heaven for the masses of grilled cheese fanatics gathered to pay homage to their favorites, and not just the classic bread, butter and cheese, but amazing creations constructed with the best ingredients, local produce and made with nothing but love.

Komodo Food truck is an amazing Asian treat. They present unique street food with a gourmet twist. Mixing 100% fresh high quality ingredients and unique flavors, Komodo was created by a world class chef Erwin Tjahyadi - and designed to bring high style, high quality restaurant meals without compromising value and taste. Tjahyadi received his training from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, where he graduated with the highest honors. He specializes in mixing French Traditional cuisine with his palette for Asian Fusion.

Crepe 'n Around Food Truck is a crepe-slinging vehicle conceived by husband and wife duo James and Eileen Radzik whose resumes include stints at Patina and Gordon Ramsay. The truck serves sweet and savory galettes and crepes with seemingly Americanized toppings: Pork Loin with mixed greens and apple chutney; Chicken Pesto with basil aioli, mixed greens and oven-dried tomatoes; Chocolate and Marshmallow with Nutella and whipped cream.

The Sweets Truck, a mobile bakeshop and gourmet coffeehouse, is taking sweets to Los Angelenos. Loaded with the best-of-the-best from LA’s professional bakers, pastry chefs and coffee roasters, the Sweets Truck is a hot spot to eat.

Sweet & Coffee Connoisseur, Molly Taylor hand-picks the daily variety of delicious goodies including an exciting lineup of rotating ‘chef’ specials, nostalgic candy and their own Sweets Truck Signature treats. In addition to their sweet offerings, they serve coffee and espresso roasted by Jones Coffee in Pasadena and premium teas ... all on wheels. Molly’s selective sweet tooth adds her own special touch to deliver the best of what’s around all in one place.
Filipino American food bloggers, Nastassia Johnson and Marvin Gapultos, created The Manila Machine—Los Angeles’ first food truck to serve a complete menu of affordable Filipino cuisine. The Manila Machine will bring both street and home-style meals from the Philippines to the hungry masses of Southern California. Among The Manila Machine’s tasty offerings are classic chicken adobo, as well as a pork belly and pineapple adobo. Also made to order will be a number of sliders prepared on the soft Filipino bread rolls known as Pan de Sal. Lastly, The Manila Machine will also provide a variety of sweet Filipino desserts such as Turon, a sweet banana lumpia, served with ice cream. The Manila Machine will also offer both sweet and savory weekly specials. And when the weather cools down, expect some soulful and comforting Filipino soups and stews.

Delicious East Coast Pizza is served up by The SliceTruck pizza, made with a thin crust that is 18 inches in diameter. Using 3.14 as the value of pi, this gives the pizza a circumference of approximately 56.5 inches. SliceTuck cuts each pizza pie into 8 slices and they try to do this as evenly as possible but inevitably some slices are larger than others due to slight miscalculations with the pizza cutter.

The Dumpling Station has searched the world far and wide in search of the best ingredients for their dumplings, they have also come away with some fond memories along the way. None may be as vivid as their journey into the land of Kimchiania, where the heat from the scorched earth and scarlet emblazoned sky provided the backdrop for the spiciest cuisine known to man. It is there where their kimchi beef dumpling was inspired. Chili dressed cabbage cuts through taste buds like a samurai warrior sending them into another dimension. Spicy and irresistible fare.
