Charles Worthington was relieved it didn't rain during Sunday night's (11.02.12) BAFTAs.
The iconic hairdresser - who has teamed up with the prestigious awards to create a limited-range of hair products - styled a lot of hairdos on the red carpet at the glamorous event and admits he was thrilled the weather stayed dry as he didn't want them ruined.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: 'Thank goodness it wasn't raining because the last two years have been terrible so it was great it stayed dry!'
Charles - who styled the tresses of numerous stars at the event including Emilia Fox and Jessica Brown Findlay - has worked with the BAFTAs for the past four years and says he was thrilled when he was able to create a range of products with them as it allows everyone to have some red carpet glamour in their life.
He said: 'This is our fourth year of sponsoring the BAFTAs and because it's the 25th anniversary for my company we wanted to do something special so we've launched this range of products, which is all about volume and red carpet hair. So we used those products on everybody at the BAFTAs and we've got the BAFTAs logo on the bottom so it's really exciting. It gives everybody at home the chance to have a little taste of what the stars were using at the BAFTAs.'
Charles Worthington's Limited Edition BAFTA and 25th Anniversary Collection is available now. Visit www.charlesworthington.com for more information.
