Fergie creates affordable shoe line
Fergie was determined to make her shoe range affordable for her fans.
The Black Eyed Peas singer has teamed up with Brown Shoe to create funky yet reasonably priced footwear as she didn't want to alienate young girls.
Talking about the range - which is priced between $69 and $131 - Fergie said: "I designed these shoes with my fans in mind because when I was growing up I could never afford the stuff I saw in Vogue and neither can a lot of them."
The 34-year-old beauty also revealed she has to wear a lot of high shoes because her actor husband Josh Duhamel is so much taller than her.
She told US TV show 'Extra': "I have to wear heels most of the time because of the height difference between me and Josh. Really high heels with built in platforms."
Fergie recently admitted she was obsessed with shoes and owns over 500 pairs.
She said: "I'm a girl, and I love accessories. It's one of the reasons I have huge closets, and we keep making room in the house for more closets. I don't like to throw anything away."
