TEQUILA AVIÓN HOLIDAY COCKTAILS

Harvest Moon 

Ingredients:
Method:

•   1.5 oz. Tequila Avión Añejo
•   1 oz. apple flavored liquor
    (can substitute apple juice from concentrate)
•   1/4 oz. pear juice
•   Splash of egg white
•   Dash of fresh lemon
•   Pinch of ground cinnamon
1. In a shaker, add all ingredients over ice.
2. Shake and strain.
3. Can be served straight up or on the rocks.
4. Garnish with a thinly sliced pear.

Poinsettia

Ingredients:
Method:

•   2 oz. Tequila Avión Añejo
•   3/4 oz. dry Sherry
•   5 cranberries
•   2 wedges of lemon
•   3/4 oz. of all spice infused simple syrup

1.  Muddle cranberries, lemon and simple syrup in a shaker.
2.  Pack with ice. Add Tequila Avión Añejo and Sherry.
3.  Shake until frothy.
4.  Serve over fresh ice and garnish with a few fresh cranberries and cinnamon stick.

Holiday Pearadise

Ingredients:
Method:

•   1.5 oz. Tequila Avión Reposado
•   1 oz. pear juice
•   1.5 oz. honey / orange marmalade syrup

1.  Muddle 3/4 of the plum with honey syrup in a shaker.
2.  Add all ingredients.
3.  Shake and strain.
4.  Warm over low heat and serve.
