The Austin, Texas art festival, South By Southwest, has wrapped another year. M&C was there this past weekend and got to try a great iPhone gadget and earbuds that impressed a do good for mankind!.
Founded in 1987, SXSW initially a music-industry insider's event in the live music capital of the world: Austin. Now, like Comic-Con, Hollywood has descended and the marketing of all consumer goods is off the charts. But they do throw good parties, one of which was hosted by Boostcase, the makers of clever iPhone life extending cases that keeps the energy vampire from sucking the life out of your smartphone.
On March 15, we caught up with the Boostcasers at their first annual BoostCase Party sponsored by BCBG. The upcoming bands and DJs thee included Wampire, Chrome Sparks, Mood Rings, Emma Louise, Rush Midnight, Selebritied and Germans at Malverde. Have a listen:
