Monsters and Critics sampled the misoyaki salmon with vegetable coconut rice and the BBQ styled Turkey Meatloaf, as well as the "91 Bar" in Chocolate Chip and Lemon Vanilla. The bars are meal replacements for those losing or maintaining weight and have a cookie dough-like texture that satisfies a sweet tooth.
FITzee offers gluten-free, dairy-free and low-carb options, as well as choices for people with food allergies. Michelle Weinstein also conducts free classes, seminars and events on wellness nutrition too.
