Thank you for the article.

I began drinking both coffee and tea regularly about 6 months ago. It took a few months and then I started becoming nauseous after drinking tea. So, I stopped drinking tea. Now, I have to give up coffee as well because, as I am already an anxious person, I am having a new symptom of drinking coffee that makes my heart race more than is comfortable, my breathing is shallow, and it pushes me right into an anxiety attack. Just like the tea, it wasn't always there but now, even with a few sips, I can tell it is definitely the coffee. So, as I am sad because I do love both, I am just sticking to juice and water (I have never enjoyed soda). Good reading. Appreciated it.
