This was a very interesting article, I am trying to start eating healthy and really don't know much about good and bad, I have been thin all my life, I have gained 20 pound over the last couple years, and I just turned 50, I am trying to put together a menu i can follow, I need to follow some sort of menu or I will fall flat on my face and just get bigger. I also need to cook healthy for my husband and 16 year old daughter who are over weight. Any web sites anyone could give me that lists healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner would be great, I can mis and match from them and make menu's for us all, my daughter and I don't really care for a wide range of foods, but my husband would eat the kitchen sink if you let him, haha. thanx again
