Dec 14, 2011, 3:06 GMT
Tokyo - Mini used the Tokyo Motor Show to provide an outlook on its longer-term plans while at the same time presenting the latest additions, such as the Mini coupe.
Specifically aimed at the Asian markets, the new Mini Cooper is the first two-seater in the model line-up with emphasis on performance, highest acceleration and top speed.
The Mini Paceman Concept gives a fresh twist, combining a coupe-like design with the dimensions of the four-door Mini-Crossover.
The Mini Clubman Hampton is a special edition introduced in Japan this year to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the debut of the Mini Clubman, which was launched 50 years ago as the Morris Mini Traveller and the Austin Mini Countryman.
The Mini Clubman Hampton features a special body colour, 'Reef Blue' and a commemorative badge incorporating the number 50.
