The 2012 Buick LaCrosse with eAssist - a new fuel-saving technology that will produce a class-leading highway fuel economy of 37-mpg - is unveiled at the Los Angeles International Auto Show in Los Angeles, California, USA, 17 November 2010. EAssist uses a state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery system and electric motor-generator to enable regenerative braking capability, improving LaCrosse's fuel economy by an estimated 25 percent.
