Well done !!! Solar panels!!! Best news for a long long time! Why does people take so much time to realize what is written even on Wikipedia already:

'A comparison of conversion efficiency from solar to usable energy (taking into account the whole energy budgets) shows that photovoltaics are 100 times more efficient than corn ethanol and 10 times more efficient than the best biofuel.'

This is the way to go.

I just can't wait to by one!

Or the next version 'Duo' which will be like two of this Solo, that can go separately, and you can join them together to result a family car.

So good ideas!

It's a handsome design, like a fashionable mouse or electric shaver, but there is one glaring mistake: Scissors-style doors. Everything else about the car is smooth and contoured -- presumably aerodynamic -- but they would have passengers gouge themselves on hard edges and corners getting in and out of the car. Of course this wouldn't be considered in a model that is closer to production. It just catches the eye to see that style of door, even if it's gratuitous and inappropriate.

Solar panels? Really? Solar panels aren't a practical addition to a car. Otherwise everyone would have them.

As novel as the concept appears, I think the width is a non-starter. Redesign the thing as a four-seat coupé and you'll start to approach making something that people can buy and drive.
