Leno Gets Tricky with Jackson Case Gag Order

U.S. talk show host Jay Leno has gotten round the gag order, which stops him commenting on Michael Jackson’s trial.</P><P>As a witness in the trial Leno is banned from making any jokes or commenting on the case.</P><P>However, on Friday night’s "The Tonight Show" he brought out actor Brad Garrett who then proceeded to tell the jokes Leno had written about the case.</P><P>Leno has previously asked the judge in the Jackson trial to exempt him from the gagging but Jackson’s lawyer has argued against any exception citing the singers right to a fair trial.</P>Note the date on this article may be incorrect due to importing it from our old system.
